Producer

Experience 

​​

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Producer in CG production or Visual Effects.​​

• You have experience working directly with clients and vendors, gathering complex information, and translating it into clear, actionable plans.​

• You have experience dealing directly with creatives, and you know how to clearly communicate requests into actionable plans.​

• You have experience preparing project-related documents, including Scopes, Instructions for Creatives and Vendors, Presentations to Clients, Schedules etc..​

• You are proficient or highly familiar with 3ds Max or Cinema 4D and the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop. Experience with video editing or HTML is a plus. Familiarity with Midjourney and other AI tools in daily workflows is a significant advantage.​

• You have experience working with digital visual formats and possess a strong understanding of file types and formats across various visual mediums.

Key responsibilities*

• Manage individual artists or teams and oversee projects from start to finish, including budgets, schedules, and statements of work.

• Support the Sales team throughout the lifecycle of a project, from the first inquiry to final delivery and beyond.​

• Act as a liaison between clients, sales, creative and production teams.​

• Maintain and nurture strong client relationships for Transparent House.

• Contribute daily to project success including keeping processes running smoothly, ensuring on-time schedule, avoiding and/or minimizing overtime, and maintaining client satisfaction with progress and results.​

• Monitor projects closely on a daily basis to ensure smooth execution and address any potential issues proactively.
