About the Role
We seek an experienced Creative Director with a strong background in CG production, digital content creation, and visual storytelling. The Creative Director will play a pivotal role in leading our creative team, shaping our projects, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively communicate ideas, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional work that meets client expectations and aligns with Transparent House's brand identity.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative team through all stages of the production process, from concept development to final delivery.
Develop innovative and visually compelling concepts for projects, including CG animations, stills, and interactive.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, providing strategic creative direction that aligns with their goals.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Mentor and inspire the creative production team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies and integrate them into the creative process where applicable.
Maintain Transparent House’s reputation for creativity, innovation, and excellence, ensuring all work meets the company’s high standards.
Work closely with executive producers, project managers, and other departments to streamline workflows and optimize production processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a creative agency. CG / 3D production company or in-house production agency with an emphasis on CG/
A complete understanding of current pop culture trends and music is a must.
Proven track record of successful project delivery, showcasing a portfolio of high-quality CG work and creative content.
Strong understanding of CG production, 3D modeling, animation, and digital content creation.
Strong understanding of AI use in the creative industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a diverse creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Cinema 4D, Redshift, 3D Max, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Photoshop, and other CG and design tools.
Knowledge of emerging technologies in AR, VR, and interactive media is a plus.
